Onesoftlab Cancellation Policy
We’re sorry to hear that you want to cancel your subscription. We at OneStamp strive to
provide quality service and products to our clients for their business or professional
lives. It would be really helpful to us if you could provide some feedback to help us
improve our products and services. Please reach out to our team at OneStamp support line to
cancel your plan and/or provide feedback.
The following clauses outline important terms and conditions for OneStamp’s Cancellation
Policy.
Merchants may opt to cancel their subscription at any point in time.
Merchants are required to inform/initiate the cancellation 1 month prior to desired
date of termination.
Upon initiation of cancellation, merchant’s subscription will be retained for the
remainder of the month. i.e January 1st subscribed, July 9th cancellation initiated,
subscription will officially discontinue on 31st August.
Merchants will be required to return the Stamp Device to OneStamp promptly upon
official discontinuation of subscription.
