OneBusiness and its affiliates (individually and/or collectively, “Onesoftlab”, “company”, “our”, “us”, or “we”) take user privacy seriously and responsibly, and is committed to upholding privacy rights of our users, where applicable, throughout the length of use on our OneBusiness platform (collectively “Sites” or “Platform”). We recognize the importance of the private information that users have entrusted to us, and believe that as important as it is for us to protect, handle, and process the information responsibly, users should also be well-informed of data collection conducted by OneBusiness. Hence, this Privacy Policy is designed to inform users what data is collected and how it is collected, both now and in the future, and to assist users in making an informed decision before consenting to provide us personal information.
Please read this Privacy Policy very carefully. By visiting our platform, accessing content on OneBusiness, or registering for a OneBusiness account (both merchant and user), you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood the regulations, practices and/or policies outlined in this Privacy Policy, and hereby expressly accept and provide your consent for us to collect, use, disclose, manage, store, transfer, process your private information as described elaborately but not limiting under the terms herein. If you do not consent to the collection of your personal data as described in the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use, visit and/or access our platform.
Onesoftlab reserves all rights to amend this Privacy Policy at any point in time. Where permissible under applicable law, your continued access and use of our Sites shall constitute your acknowledgement and acceptance of the changes we made to this Privacy Policy. You agree that you are solely responsible, at any point in time, to update yourself on any changes that are made to this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies in conjunction with other notices, contractual clauses, consent clauses that apply in relation to the collection, use, disclosure, storage, management, transfer, and/or processing of users’ personal information by us and is not intended to override those notices or clauses unless we state expressly otherwise
This Privacy Policy applies to both merchants and users except where otherwise stated.

What data will OneBusiness collect?

Throughout the length of use on OneBusiness powered platforms, personal information of users may be collected where necessary/applicable, including but not limited to:
- Identity data: name, gender, profile picture, date of birth;
- Contact data: billing address, delivery address, email address, phone number;
- Account data: bank account details, bank statements, credit/debit card details, payment details;
- Transaction data: details pertaining to orders and payments;
- Technical data: IP address, login data, browser type/version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types/versions, operating system, international mobile equipment identity, device identifier, IMEI, MAC address, cookies (where applicable), and other information and technology on the devices users use to access our platform;
- Profile data: username, password, user feedback/survey response, user interests/preferences, user orders;
- Aggregate usage data: how user uses OneBusiness sites; products, services, items, data viewed and/or searched on OneBusiness, access times and dates, and other websites searched by user before accessing OneBusiness;
- Location data: including photographs and videos that show user location;
- Marketing and communications data: preferences in marketing circulars, communication preferences in chat, email, and/or call history with customer service; and
- Additional information: government-issued identification (passports/ ID card).
You agree not to submit any information that is inaccurate and/or misleading, and you agree to inform us of inaccuracies and updates/changes to your personal data, if any. We reserve all rights at our sole discretion to require further documentation to verify the information you provided.
If you register as a user with your social media account, or link your OneBusiness account to your social media account, or use any OneBusiness social media features, we may access personal information about you which you have voluntarily provided on your social media accounts; we will manage, store, use, disclose, transfer, and/or process said information, if any, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

How and when does OneBusiness collect data?

Throughout the length of use on OneBusiness platform, OneBusiness will/may collect personal information and data in the following situations, namely, but not limited to:
- When you browse our platform;
- When you sign up with an account (both merchant and user);
- When you use any function or feature (e.g. search function or voucher function)
- When you grant permission on your device to share information with our site;
- When you activate any transactions or payment-related features;
- When you submit a feedback;
- When you use the chat function;
- When you enter an activity, competition, campaign, event, survey etc;
- When you log in to your OneBusiness account or interact with any Onesoftlab powered software via an external service (Facebook/Google); and
- When you reach out to customer service.
The list above is non-exhaustive and non-conclusive, but sets out some common instances of which personal data may be collected from you.

Use and Disclosure of Personal Data

OneBusiness may collect, use, manage, process, store, disclose, and/or transfer user personal information as listed but not limited to, below:
- General use
  - To enforce our Terms and Conditions or any applicable end user licence agreements;
  - To safeguard users’ personal safety and privacy rights
  - For identification/verification purposes;
  - To process/fulfil transactions, orders and/or requests for certain products and services;
  - To respond directly or facilitate customer service;
  - To vet and verify payment transactions (including but not limited to credit/debit card payments, bank transfers, QR payments, e-wallet transactions) pertaining to products/services provided or procured on Onesoft;
  - To facilitate users on Onesoftlab with regards to account/profile info: display name, username, activity, etc;
  - To contact users directly via voice call, text messages, email and/or postal mail for the purpose of administering to users’ needs or requests and managing user’s relationship with Onesoftlab; and
  - To facilitate or investigate return/refund requests
- Marketing and Advertising
  - To provide you with marketing/promotional information that we think you may find relevant based on your order history or search history, or which you have requested from us (provided you have opted to receive such information);
  - To provide you with marketing/promotional information regarding our third-party merchants’ products and services on Onesoftlab from time to time (provided you have opted to receive such information); and
  - To enhance our marketing and advertising development, where applicable.
- Legal operational purposes
  - To verify users’ identity for fraud/scam detection purposes;
  - To store, manage, and/or back up users’ personal information, whether within or outside of user jurisdiction;
  - To investigate and prevent any actual or suspected violations of Onesoftlab’s Terms and Conditions, privacy policy, fraud, scam, unlawful activity, omission or misconduct, whether with regards to users’ use on Onesoftlab or matters arising from users’ relationship with Onesoftlab; and
  - To perform due diligence checks and other screening activities, background checks where necessary in accordance with legal or regulatory obligations and parameters that may be required by law or put in place by us.
- Analytics
  - To analyse how users’ use Onesoftlab with the purpose of improving our site’s user interface, improving users’ shopping/browsing experience and customer experience, customise relevant products to users’ recommended feed; and
  - To generate statistics and research for internal and statutory reporting and/or record-keeping requirements.
- Others
  - Any other purposes which we will notify users upon obtaining consent.
Disclosure of personal data
Onesoftlab may share, where necessary, users’ personal data with and/or transfer users’ personal data to third parties and/or our affiliates, including, but not limited to:
- Onesoftlab’s subsidiaries, affiliates, and related corporations;
- Merchants or other users you have contacted or transacted on Onesoftlab;
- Service providers, agents, contractors and other third-parties we engage in Onesoft with the purpose of providing administrative services such as payment services, logistics and shipping, marketing, data analytics, market or consumer research, survey, social media, customer service, telecommunicatio companies, data centres; and
- Law enforcement officers in response to a verified request pertaining to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity.
Onesoftlab’s data disclosure to other parties is in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Notwithstanding anything set forth herein, Onesoftlab shall comply with all applicable Privacy Laws with respect to users’ data, where necessary. Onesoftlab shall not be liable for damages or results arising from such disclosure, and owns all rights at Onesoftlab’s sole discretion to work in the company’s best interests while abiding by existing laws and policies revolving consumers’ privacy and data protection.

Withdrawal of Consent to Continued Use of Personal Data

Users may request withdrawal from the continued use, disclosure, storage and/or processing of personal data at any point in time by contacting customer service, and thereafter having personal data deleted from the system
By withdrawing consent, users understand and acknowledge that Onesoftlab may not be able to continue providing the entire range of services, features, functionality, and access of Onesoft content to users and may need to terminate the existing relationship/contract with the user. Under such circumstances, Onesoftlab will not be subject to any form of liability; our legal rights and remedies are expressly reserved in such an event.

User Data Security

In order to safeguard user data from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, processing, copying, modification, or other security risks, OneBusiness has implemented appropriate technical and physical measures to prevent said risks:
- Restricting access to personal data to individuals who require access;
- Technology products to prevent unauthorised computer access;
- Using 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology when processing user financial details; and
- Implementing other security measures as required by applicable law.
Users should be aware that
- User data is contained in secured networks and is accessible by a limited number of employees who have special rights to such systems. However, there can inevitably be no guarantee of absolute security; and
- No method or form of data transmission over the internet, or any form of electronic storage is completely secure.
  While security cannot be guaranteed, Onesoftlab strives to safeguard and secure user information to the best of our ability, constantly reviewing and enhancing our information security measures
Security of third-party sites
Hyphen
- Onesoftlab does not guarantee the security of personal data and/or other information that users voluntarily provide to third-party sites. Onesoftlab’s implementation of various security measures as aforementioned, apply only to personal data that is within Onesoftlab’s possession/control and jurisdiction
- Users should be aware of such circumstances and that Onesoftlab is not subject to any form of liability in the event of a data breach or any information security risk. Nonetheless, Onesoftlab seeks to safeguard the integrity of our mobile application and therefore welcomes feedback for any potential security risks arising from these third-party sites

Minors

Onesoftlab does not engage in services or sell products to minors under the age of 13, nor does Onesoftlab knowingly/intentionally collect personal data from minors.
Services and products offered on Onesoft are not intended for minors and are only permissible under the condition of involvement of a parent or legal guardian, in which case the responsibility/potential liability belongs solely to the said parent/legal guardian for providing consent to data collection of a minor.
Onesoftlab does not allow minors to submit personal information on our sites. If such information is found to be submitted exclusively by such children without parental consent, these accounts will be terminated and thereafter have their personal information deleted from our system.

Others

Cookies
- OneBusiness or Onesoftlab’s third-party affiliates may from time-to-time use “cookies” or other features to allow us to collect or share information in connection to users’ use of our platform. These features help us review and enhance our sites to provide a more relevant and enjoyable customer/shopping experience.
- “Cookies” are identifiers that are stored on users’ devices that record data about those devices, how and when the Onesoft site is used/visited by how many people, and other activity on our sites. Onesoft may link cookie information to personal data such as user-viewed products, user-selected products, user viewed web pages. This information is used to keep track, recommend, provide and/or deliver content specific to each users’ innterests/preferences;
- Users may refuse the use of “cookies” by adjusting the settings on user device, though users should be aware that by refusing the use of “cookies”, the entire range of functionality offered on Onesoft sites will be restricted
Updating Personal Information
- Information provided by users should be accurate and complete; users are responsible to inform Onesoftlab of changes to personal data or update in user accounts at any point in time.
- Users may request information about personal data which Onesoftlab has collected or inquire about the aspects in which user personal data has been processed, used, disclosed, and/or stored by Onesoftlab. Users may request correction/update to existing personal information
